Terra Bella Family Farm started in 2006 with Farmer Shawn Seufert and his wife Beth. During the first year, with the help of the community, Shawn sold the Terra Bella produce to restaurants around the East Bay, as well as at the Pleasanton and Livermore Farmers’ Market. With the continued support of the local community, Farmer Shawn started a 62 member CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and continued selling at farmers’ markets and restaurants.  Last season, Terra Bella’s CSA grew to include 170 members. We featured three other certified organic farms, as well as, Pleasanton’s own Bibiane Bakery to offer a diverse selection of fruits, vegetables and delectable baked goods to our CSA members. Terra Bella Family Farm has now expanded from our 1.25 acre plot in Pleasanton to include 4 acres at the Sunol Ag Park. As the farm expands, so does Farmer Shawn’s family.
